1. Educational License & Fair Use
Boardly grants students a personal, non-transferable license to access our proprietary MCQ database, derivations, and AI study tools for individual exam preparation. Automated scraping or redistribution of test materials is strictly prohibited.
2. Subscriptions & Digital Purchases
Pro and Premium memberships provide immediate digital access to extended question banks and AI capabilities. Due to the immediate delivery of digital materials, all sales are subject to our standard non-refundable digital product policy.
3. Academic Integrity
Boardly Blitz, Boardly Arena, and leaderboard contests are operated under an honor code. Accounts engaging in unauthorized automated scripts or sharing credentials will be disqualified.
